Glossy Box vs Boxy Charm

If you know me in real life, you know that I love to research out everything before I make a purchase.  I always want to make the best choice!

I have decided that I am going to be subscribing to either a Glossy Box or Boxy Charm subscription. I haven’t quite decided for sure which one I am going to get…

Both boxes are $21 per month. Both boxes seem to have deluxe and full-size samples.

From the research I have done, it seems as if Glossy Box has more skin care and deluxe samples, whereas Boxy charm seems to have more makeup related items and full-size product.

I am leaning more towards Boxy Charm.  I definitely prefer makeup and full-size products, but on the other hand, it is nice to be able to try out new skincare products that I might not ever try otherwise.

Glossy Box usually has around 7-10 items with some being full sized and others being deluxe samples. From what I can tell, Boxy Charm always has 4-5 full sized items.  Both claim that each box has a value of $100 or more.

Glossy Box vs Boxy Charm…whichever I do choose, you know that I will be writing a review about it and all the great things that I get in the box.

I can’t believe that I completely forgot to post about this months ipsy bag!  We were recently away on vacation in sunny Florida, so when my ipsy glam bag arrived I wasn’t even around to open it!!  I haven’t used any of these products yet, so no reviews this month.

February 2016 Ipsy Glam Bag | lookingjoligood.wordpress.comThis month’s glam bag theme is “Pretty In Ipsy Pink“. The bag is a cute pixilated white envelope with a pink heart.  The main side is a bumpy texture with pink smooth patten leather on the back.  Again this month the zipper is across the top which, you may remember, I like a lot better than the style of the ones that have the zipper 1/4 of the way down.  This is one of my favorite bag designs so far.
