I wish I knew then what I know now! 🥺

I used to think that moisturizing my face would make it oily and sunscreen was only for days at the beach. 🏖️. Nope, I was incorrect about both! I have since started wearing sunscreen daily and alway moisturize my face. Ten years from now my face will be thanking me!

Daily use of sunscreen is the single most important thing you NEED to do to improve the look and health of your skin. It is as simple as that!

I have gone on a long and sometimes painful journey to find the best sunscreen for my skin. So many tested, so many failures. So many sunburns, so many breakouts. After many failures, I stumbled upon the AM Daily Moisturizing Lotion with 30 spf by Cerave and I fell in love.

Two other favorite sunscreens that I recommend are Coola Sport SPF 50 and Bioré UV Aqua Rich SPF 50. Both of these are 50 spf which is a higher spf than the 30 spf of the CeraVe AM Facial Moisturizer. Neither of these broke out my skin, but neither performs as well underneath makeup as the CeraVe AM Facial Moisturizer.
