Do you know what is harder than dropping 10 lbs?

Keeping those 10 lbs off for more than a year. Maintenance is hard!!!

I have said this before, what you do to lose the weight is what you will have to do to maintain it.

I don’t even want to think about living a life that doesn’t include chocolate chip cookies, French bread, and caramel ice cream, and you all know I love Cadbury Mini Eggs!

The key is to work these items into your weight loss habits by using moderation and following the suggested serving size.

I also don’t want to have to exercise for an hour and a half 6 days a week to keep my current weight.

The key is to be active throughout the day and find a workout routine that fits into your schedule.

What you do to lose the weight is what you will have to do to maintain it.
