November 11: I’m thankful for my parents.  They recently celebrated 41 years of marriage.

Ecclesiastes 4:9-12  Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour. ¹⁰ For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up. ¹¹ Again, if two lie together, then they have heat: but how can one be warm alone? ¹² And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.

November 9: I’m thankful for forgiveness. It’s anger’s worst enemy. It flies in the face of all my pride, while it moves away the mad and crazy that’s inside. The prisoner that it really frees is me.

November 10: I’m thankful for library books. I love to read, and I love free things.  It is a match made in Heaven!

November 6: I’m thankful for Jesus. His blood has washed away my sin. His love, grace, mercy, and kindness knows no end. I don’t deserve it!

November 7: I’m thankful for shelter.  When my daughter saw that I was writing down all the things that I am thankful for, she asked me if I’m thankful for my shelter.  I am thankful for shelter. My home is a place of warmth, security, safety, and comfort.

November 8: I’m thankful for spell check.  I’m not even kidding!  I’m such a terrible speller that I really don’t know where I would be without it! If not for spell check, you all would be having a good laugh at my post, or possibly a hard time trying to figure out what I was trying to spell. 😂

November 3: I’m thankful for my son who is kind, determined, sensitive, tenderhearted, handsome, and funny (…not always on purpose.)

November 4: I’m thankful for my daughter. She is so funny (always on purpose.)! She brings so much joy and laughter into our family. She is so incredibly intelligent. She constantly surprises me with her quick wit and keen observations.
