Today’s tip is about how to get a better hold out of your bobby hair pins

For a better hold from your bobby hair pins, before applying them to your hair, spray them with hairspray or dry shampoo.  The extra stick will give them a better grip and a longer lasting hold.

Today’s tip is about how to add an extra boost of glow to your skin.

For an extra boost of hydration to your skin making it more glowy, to your moisturizer add two drops of your favorite facial oil, my favorite is the Tarte Maracuja Oil, $48 for 1.7 oz.  Also, don’t forget to always smooth in moisturizer in upward strokes and remember to apply moisturizer to your neck and chest! I recommended the Cerave moisturizing cream.

Here’s another tip for Tip Tuesday:

This week’s tip will help you to hide any discoloration on your eyelids while also making your shadows stay in place all day

Prime your lids with a small amount of concealer and set it with a finely milled setting powder before applying your eyeshadow. It will hide any discoloration on your lids, while also making your shadows look more opaque.  Added bonus, it will also keep your shadows in place all day.

Here’s another tip for Tip Tuesday:

This week’s tip is about applying concealer to the under eye area.

The skin around the eye is super delicate! Your ring finger has the softest touch, so always use your ring finger to blend concealer beneath your eyes.   Follow this tip when applying eye cream to this area as well.

Here’s another tip for Tip Tuesday:

Today’s tip is about how to apply mascara without weighing down your lashes.

Start applying the mascara from the roots of your lashes and not the tips. Using this technique will give you enough extra volume at the base of the lashes without weighing down the tips of eyelashes.
