Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin
Serves 4-6
Ingredients
❏ 2 pork tenderloin
❏ ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
❏ 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
❏ 2 Tbsps maple syrup
❏ 2 Tbsps olive oil
❏ 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
❏ ½ small onion diced
Directions:
1. Place tenderloin in the slow cooker.
2. Mix all other ingredients and pour over the pork.
3. Cook on low for 6 hours.
4. Serve with brown rice or couscous and a veggie of your choice

That sounds so yummy! My boyfriend and I have just moved in together and one of the things I told him I’d like to get is a slow cooker. You can do sooo many different dishes in it and my parents swear by it.
