I have a love hate relationship with eyeliners and lip liner. I love the twist up type and hate the wooden pencil kinds. The main reason for this relationship has nothing to do with the actual type of liner, but more to do with the fact that I have a terrible sharpener.
I need your help! If you have an awesome, holy grail, must buy, super sharp sharpener I want to know what it is!
I feel like the tools are just as important as the makeup, and in this case, my make up can’t work properly because of my terrible tool!
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, thoroughly yet carefully blend the pudding mix, whipped topping, and milk.
2. Arrange a single layer of graham cracker squares in the bottom of a 13×9 inch baking pan. Evenly spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers. Top with another layer of crackers and the remaining pudding mixture. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
3. To make it easier to spread, melt the frosting just a bit, about 15 seconds in the microwave. Spread the frosting over the whole cake up to the edges of the pan.
4. Cover, and chill at least 4 hours before serving.
5. Enjoy! Try not to eat the whole thing yourself
Did you know that you don’t have to spend a lot of money to look fabulous?! You really don’t. While it is true that sometimes high end product are better quality and easier to use, that is not always the case. As it is with NYC’s High Definition Liquid Liner! This liner costs only $3.99. I LOVE oatmeal chocolate chip cookie dough!!! But…since eating raw eggs is really not a good idea, I baked up these cookies. I tried to refrained from eating too much of the uncooked dough. There is just something about raw oatmeal chocolate chip cookie dough that I find absolutely irresistible. Here is my go to recipe for oatmeal chocolate chip cookies:
Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
Yields approximately 6 dozen cookies
2 sticks butter, softened
1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp clove (a little goes a long way, so don’t over season with this spice)
3 cups old-fashion or quick cooking oats (uncooked)
2 cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
Directions
Beat together butter, sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs until light and fluffy.
Add flour, baking power, cinnamon, clove, and salt and mix until blended.
Stir in oats and chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Scoop dough into balls with 2 tsp scoop and place on cookie sheet 2 inches apart. I highly recommend using parchment paper, foil or a silicone baking sheet for the best results!
Do you like to read? I LOVE to read!!! I wasn’t always a reader, but over the last few years I have become an avid reader. I love to find a good book and devour it! I am always looking for my next good read!
Speaking of good reads… have you ever heard of the site goodreads.com? I love making lists and keeping track of everything! Goodreads is a site where “users can add books to their personal bookshelves, rate and review books, see what their friends and authors are reading, participate in discussion boards and groups on a variety of topics, and get suggestions for future reading choices based on their reviews of previously read books.”
In the next few weeks I am going to be sharing some of my favorite reads! Right now I am in the middle of a book that I think might just have the potential to be a favorite…!
Do you ever have this problem too? So many beautiful shades to try, not enough space for all the swatches?! Some of those colors though!!!
(I have a few swatches on my wrist and the other side of my watch as well, haha!) Good thing I always carry some wipes along with me in my purse. 🙂
