Like Mother Like Daughter…

I brought my daughter with me to Ulta the other day.

We walked in and she was in heaven.  I didn’t even tell her what to do and she started swatching up her hands.  Some things are just genetic. Haha!

lookingjoligood.wordpress.comWhen we walked by the Urban Decay eyeshadows she said “These are the most beautiful things of makeup I have ever seen!”  I have to agree with her.  I do love all those beautiful eyeshadow colors.  Her favorite color was “Divebar” which is described as a medium blue w/pink-purple shift.

When we were leaving she picked up the Tartlette In Bloom palette and said, “You can buy this pretty tarte palette for me.  You already have lots of them so you don’t need it, but I don’t have any yet.”

My husband is in big trouble when she is old enough to wear makeup and we are both wanting to purchase high end products.

      1. It’s so true. I wasn’t officially allowed until I was in high school and it was only tinted lip gloss, some blush and a compact face powder. I wanted to wear makeup MUCH earlier but in hindsight, it was probably good I waited!

      1. I had my first Avon kit at 8 years old and it wasn’t pretty … I was wearing blue eyeshadow and red lipstick !!!😂 My mom never let me leave the house looking like this though …
