Ok, so this is not my typical workout at all, but I did this one the other day and it was just too fun not to share.  With 34 million views, it has got to be a good one right 😉  I am not coordinated at all when it comes to dancing, so I can only imagine what I looked like doing these Bollywood inspired moves. I love her accent!  Have fun!

I love to workout with weights! I like to use 8lb weights, but 3lbs or 5 lbs is great as well!   You can always push the up button by increasing the weight.

Start with one set of each move. As you get stronger, try to do the circuit two or three times. After six weeks you can expect to see improvements in strength, muscle tone, and endurance. You will be shocked at just how strong you are!

As always…No excuses! Just do it!

I recently found this awesome workout at self.com I love standing core exercises.  A strong core is essential for almost any exercise program. If you are someone that gets bored easily while working out this is a great workout for you.  Although, if you are a person that needs music to workout with, you will need to add your own soundtrack because this workout doesn’t have any background music with it.  Get ready to squat and sweat!  (and of course, burpees, because what is a HIIT workout without burpees, right?!)

When is a good time to start exercising?  Right NOW!  If you are new to cardio this workout is for you!  It is a 15-minute routine that will get you sweating right from the privacy of your own home.

Simple moves like jogging in place, modified push ups, and marching with kicks can get your heart rate up without having to do a lot of confusing or crazy moves.

You may not realize it, but flexibility is just as important for you as strength and cardio!  Sometimes I am so sore from a previous intense workout that I need to focus for a few days on flexibility and stretching.  This is a quick 7-minute flexibility workout by Spotebi.

If you have been reading my posts for any amount of time you know that I love to give my opinion and I love free stuff.  There is actually a place online that both of these things come together…

Infuenster is a product discovery platform that lets opinionated, social media savvy consumers like you discover and share knowledge on products through sampling, reviews, and more!”

Influenster is a program that sends out boxes full of free stuff in hopes that you’ll use your social media influence to tell everyone you know what you think of these products.  They call these sample boxes “VoxBoxes”

I recently received the Charm Voxbox and even while I received all the products complimentary, all opinions are my own.

It is easy to get started.  You just need to login toInfluenster.com and complete your profile by sharing some general information about yourself.  Answer some quick questions about your shopping behavior to improve your discovery experience. You will then get matched with “campaigns” that you might be interested in.

After all the questions are answered, you connect your social media accounts like Facebook, Youtube, Instagram to create your “Social Impact.”  You can also invite your friends using your referral link to increase your social impact.

Voxboxes have full-sized free products that you get to review and keep, no charge at all.  Some of the awesome brands that work with Influenster are Marc Jacobs, YSL, Makeup Forever, Reebok, L’Oreal, Georgio Armani, just to name a few.

Not all Voxboxes are the same some campaigns feature an assortment of products while others will spotlight one brand. One of my first posts on LGJ was about the Maybelline Super Stay Better Skin Foundation that I received from Influenster. These VoxBoxes are completely free. You don’t even have to do any of the requested social media tasks.  The only thing required to receive future boxes is filling out a mandatory survey at the end of the campaign
