I suck at push ups… I do have an excuse though, my wrist has a Ganglion cyst. 😦

My husband has one too! I want him to let me drain it so bad! Wisely he doesn’t let me.

How do you drain it?! I had one when I was a teenager and it had to be remove surgically. This one has been bothering me for the past few years. I’ve been begging for surgery.

It’s not a home procedure, which is why he’s smart to not let me attempt it. It is however something I would love to do! Usually they are filled with a thick jelly like fluid, it’s not easy to drain, but it’s so cool to see.
