Ok, I’m going to be completely honest with you…I have not been working out consistently for the last month. I needed to give myself a bit of a mental and physical break.
While I absolutely love workout it is so easy to get out of the habit of daily exercise.
This is a great 20-minute workout that is perfect for reintroduction to exercising. Let the sore muscles resume! 😉
Do you have 20 minutes to improve your health and wellness? Yes, You Do! No Excuses, Just do it! Remember to keep proper form, warm up before, and stretch after you exercise! (Do NOT skip the stretching!)
