Use Decaf Coffee or Peppermint Tea to Defeat Cravings
If you are like me, sometime around 2:30-3 pm you start craving sweets and foods you shouldn’t eat. I have found that if I drink black decaf coffee I can stave off these cravings! Studies have shown that drinking black decaf coffee, peppermint tea, or regular coffee helped to kill cravings.

Yes it has to be decaf – If I drink reg coffee at 3pm I will not sleep! 😛 Have you ever tried Good Earth Sweet and Spicy tea? It’s like dessert for me!

No, I’ve never tried it, but it sounds great. I will have to check it out and let you know! I have to do decaf in the afternoon too!
