No Gym? No Problem! #15 Jessica Smith Kickboxing Workout

I love Jessica Smith!  She is so encouraging and upbeat!  Her workouts are great without being too difficult that you will get discouraged. Kickboxing is my favorite type of workout!  Whenever I do a kickboxing workout I get the most bang for my buck overall entire body workout.

Never miss a Monday workout, it sets the tone for the entire week!  Remember to keep proper form, warm up before, and stretch after you exercise!
