Here is another workout you can do whenever and where ever you want! All you need is a sturdy chair and a small amount of space!  Do 10 reps of each and repeat 2-3 times depending on how much time you have.  No excuses, just do it!No Gym No Problem! |

Remember to keep good proper form and warm up before and stretch after you exercise!
