Oh this is brilliant! I’ve just ordered a fitness mat and a few cheap workout tops and shorts and I’ll be setting up my ‘home gym’ in a few days. I can’t wait to get started! Whilst I’m not overweight, I have zero muscle and I’d really like to change that. I’ll keep this video bookmarked. Thank you so much for sharing it!

My husband is a gym nut – he really is addicted! 🙂
But he’s the one who will help me getting started, so I know I can’t skip my workout. And like you said, once you see results, you won’t be able to stop! 🙂
