Ok, so I am so sorry that I have missed a few weeks of posting No Gym No Problem, so I am going to post two “sister” workouts for this week.
While I never watch “The Real Housewives of…” I absolutely am a real housewife. 😉 These two workouts are simple yet effective. I love the way John Spencer Ellis gives guided breathing instructions.
When is a good time to start exercising? Right NOW! Do you have 20 minutes to improve your health and wellness? Yes, You Do! No Excuses, Just do it!
Remember to keep proper form, warm up before, and stretch after you exercise!
